The cottage is part of the original stable block for the Grand Hotel, which was built for the Duchess of Cornwall in 1872.  So it's a compact cottage!
There are two bedrooms - a double on the ground floor and a twin upstairs. 
The living room has an electric stove-style heater and TV with digital channels. 
The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave oven, washer/dryer and integrated fridge. 
The shower room was fitted in 2011 - please note, there is no bath.
