About the cottage

Interior

The cottage is arranged over two floors with a living room, small kitchen and double bedroom on the ground floor and a twin bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The cottage is heated by electric night-storage heaters.

This is a strictly no-smoking cottage.

	Living room Dual aspect; television with digi-box; Optiflame stove heater; night storage heaters; fold-away dining table and chairs. Please note, due to poor recetion, TV channels ITV1 and Channel 4 are not always available.
	Living room Additional view of the living room.
	Double bedroom A small double room situated on the ground floor.
	Twin bedroom Situated on the first floor. This bedroom has limited headroom at one side of the room due to the slope of the cottage roof and is more suitable for children.
	Bathroom Bath; electric shower; shaver point; heated towel rail.
	Kitchen A compact kitchen with electric cooker; fridge; washing machine; microwave oven.

Location

Tynemouth is on the north east coast of England, about eight miles east of Newcastle upon Tyne and 70 miles from the border with Scotland.
